Radiography

This 9-hour in-person course over two days qualifies a dental assistant to take x-rays in Montana. Study materials are provided in advance.  The first day includes an 8-hour live class instruction. The second day is a proctored 1-hour test which a dental assistant must pass with at least 80% correct to be certified.

Instructors from Salish Kootenai College teach the course and MDA coordinates registration and certification. Courses are scheduled around Montana, with a session during the Annual Meeting, as well. For full details, click here.
