Come join our team! We are a third generation dental practice in Billings, Montana. We are seeking a full time and possibly part-time Registered Dental Hygienist to begin working in August or September 2026.

Applicants must have a current license, be team oriented with proficiency in interpersonal skills, strong customer service, and a desire to work in a well-established family practice. With our associated staff of three hygienists, there is great flexibility for personal and family time off.

Our dental hygiene schedule is always fully booked for six months out. Hygienists at our practice never have to worry about patient load and are paid by the day, not by quantity of patients seen. We schedule on the hour, which allows our staff to take their time with each patient, build relationships, and not feel stressed about the work day.

Requirements: Valid state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist in the State of Montana.

Compensation:  TBD

Schedule: The work week for our full-time staff is 32 hours per week: M/T/W 8:00am to 5:00pm with a designated lunch hour from 12-1pm Th/F 8:00am to 12:00pm
